Newest Recruits Join the LEMR Ranks

Friday 2nd Feb saw the latest LEMR volunteers complete their basic training at the EMAS training centre at Oak House in Lincoln.

After a week long intense training course delivered by former scheme member, EMAS Paramedic and trainer, Tony Mather, our volunteers now join other scheme volunteers responding to emergency calls across Lincolnshire.

They will now move to the 'hot seat' where they will be operating alongside scheme members manning our Rapid Response Vehicles.

The latest recruits are made up from RAF Stations across the county including RAF Coningsby and RAF Waddington.

Charlie, Ian, John, Steven and Will will now complete their mentored shifts in the coming weeks to get up to speed with LEMR operating procedures and life as an Emergency Responder!

If you see them on the road say hello!
